For arrivals after 9:00 PM, it is necessary to notify the property in advance; a supplement of €10 per hour of delay will apply, payable directly on-site.
Early check-in is available for an additional €50, guaranteed from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Check-Out: from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM
To facilitate and speed up departures, payment will be requested at check-in, except for any extras, which must be paid at the time the service is provided.
If needed, a free luggage storage is available, or a late check-out until 5:00 PM can be guaranteed for an additional €50.
Pets:
Pets are allowed with a supplement of €15 per day per pet. Please inform us at the time of booking.
Tourist Tax
The tourist tax in the municipality of Verona is €2.50 for 3-star properties. The amount is per person per night, for a minimum of 5 nights in the calendar month.
